Terms and Conditions

Delivery to Mainland France & Corsica Only.

All items subject to availability.

In the event of breakages in transit or of individual items being out of stock when the order is placed, we will endevour to replace them, but reserve the right to simply re-imburse the difference.

Dispatch will normally be made by the next working day after receipt of the order.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent on dispatch, with an indicated delivery date.

Where Payment by cheque has been chosen, the goods will be held for 5 working days to allow for the cheque to arrive. After this time the order will be considered to have been cancelled.

Non-delivery within 48 hours of this indicated date, or within seven working days of your sending the order, should be notified to us in writing (Though do not hesitate to ring or send an e-mail)

If you are not satisfied with any part of the order, for whatever reason, you may return it to us providing the goods are in their original condition and packaging. This must be done within 21 days.

The cost of return postage and packaging is to be paid by you. We recommend using the "Colissimo" postal service, and cannot be held responsable for goods returned lost in transit. Return postage as a result of a mistake on our part will be re-imbursed.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
